Catalyst SNMP connector not starting

Issue/Introduction

The Catalyst SNMP connector is not coming online with the following error:

 

2021-02-23 08:28:49,738 ERROR  [ReqMgr:generic] catalyst.IFWProxy - IFWProxy unable to start connector CA:00036_hostname@hostname_CatalystConnector.

Environment

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

Resolution

The steps to fix this issue are

1) Stop CA Catalyst Container CatalystConnector service

 

2) Delete all files in 

\CA\Catalyst\CatalystConnector\container\registry-cache\ folder

\CA\Catalyst\CatalystConnector\container\nls-store\ folder

 

3) Start CA Catalyst Container CatalystConnector service
