Discovering Response Path elements via a SysEDGE agent and creating an SLA test and then configuring these to alarm when the path (for example : SysEdge-ResPath-https-Web-VManage) stops responding.

After creating a Threshold Profile to test the alarm, cannot get the threshold to trigger.


The Service Availability Response Path needs to be used as the Metric Family (MF), when creating the Threshold Profile rule


Dx NetOps Performance Management 20.2 or later


Create a Threshold Profile rule that uses the "Service Availability Response Path" MF, and choose an appropriate metric to alarm on.
