Issue/Introduction

We are getting following error for every users including Admin.

Environment

Release : 12.1

Component : CA WORKLOAD AUTOMATION iDASH FOR CA 7

Resolution

LDAP users were unable to login. LDAP connection test was successful in the admin tool but the logs showed there were no LDAP servers. We restarted iDash and the connection was re-established. Login was successful.
