Custom Gatelet Activity is not Seen in Investigate

Issue/Introduction

A CloudSOC user is unable to see investigate data for a custom gatelet with a period in the name if they are using a RBAC profile.

A CloudSOC sys-admin is able to see custom gatelet activity.

Resolution

Symantec will look at fixing the issue in a future release.

Workaround:

  • Delete the custom gatelet with a period in the name.
  • Recreate the custom gatelet without a period.
  • Assign the customer gatelet to the Rbac profile.

Additional Information

Note: The deleted custom gatelet activity is not deleted and is available to a sys-admin.
