Job Logs page slow response / jobs stuck

Clarity PPM SaaS Clarity PPM On Premise


You are noticing extremely slow performance in your environment. It takes over 5 minutes to navigate to Reports and Jobs>Jobs>Logs to check job status, and then you get booted out of Clarity.  You may also notice time slices are not updating and the Time Slicing job is stuck in processing. 


This can be due to an issue on the Database

Contact Broadcom support for assistance. Provide the below details when opening a case:

  1. URL impacted
  2. Area(s) impacted - Is this a general Clarity issue or specific to one particular area of Clarity?
  3. Any recent changes or higher than usual activity occurring (such as XOG/Export to Excel)?
  4. The time frame the issue was first noticed

Work with your DBA to check for any long-running sessions that may need to be cleared.
