Issue/Introduction

xFlow homepage does not load

Microservices crash after starting xFlow Windows Service

No error appear in the xFlow logs in DEBUG level

Cause

Space in the Microservice_config.txt between "-Dplay.server.https.keyStore.path=" and the path. Example: -Dplay.server.https.keyStore.path= C:\Certificate\hostname_keystore.jks

Environment

Release : 17.3

Component : XFLOW INTERFACE FOR SDM

Resolution

1. Open the MICROSERVICE_config.txt

2. Remove the space between "-Dplay.server.https.keyStore.path=" and the path.

Example:

-Dhttps.port=9448 -Dplay.server.https.keyStore.path=C:\Certificate\hostname_keystore.jks -Dplay.server.https.keyStore.password=changeit

3. Save changes and restart xFlow services
