Issue/Introduction

We are facing issue while setting up job 

while adding the existing object in workflow we are receiving items could not be retrieved error.

 

 

 

Environment

Release : 12.2

Component :

Resolution

Found that the JCP was not running. Started the JCPservice from servicemanager dialog

Now we were able to insert the object in the workflow
