Inactive investments unavailable for import into roadmaps

Issue/Introduction

Inside a roadmap, when clicking "import from PPM", although we get the list of Investments and filtering options to find those needed to be imported, when using "Active=no", no results come back.  So inactive Investments instances cannot be imported into a roadmap.

Resolution

Working as design, you can create roadmap items by importing active projects, ideas, or custom investments for which you have at least view access rights.
