Using Classic and Modern UX Timesheets URL

Issue/Introduction

We have enabled Modern UX Timesheets, but noticed some users still access the Classic Timesheets. What is Broadcom's recommendation on this?

Resolution

• Broadcom Support recommends to use either Classic Timesheets or Modern UX timesheets. 
• It is generally safe to use both Timesheets Classic and Modern UX, just keeping in mind that each user should use one or the other and not both at the same time when submitting as this could cause a duplicate timesheet.
• If you configure the Timesheet link in your Favorites, it will not show once the timesheets are activated in MUX.
• This is working as designed as the timesheet link gets removed from Classic once the MUX timesheets are activated.
• If you configure your Favorites, you will see the link in there, however it is hidden in your Favorites My Links.
• If you want to keep the link for Classic, add it to your Links instead of your Favorite Links.  This link is available to view in the Phoenix UI as well.
