Issue/Introduction

Is there a way to tell if the 'Time Slicing Sync' job is stuck versus progressing via the Clarity application / UI?

Note: This job was renamed from Time Slicing Group By job starting in 15.9.2.

Environment

Release : 15.9.1 and higher

Component : CA PPM PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Resolution

The one option available currently is to enable debugging (see: 'Time Slicing Sync' job debugging for steps to enable) and monitor the debug in the bg-ca.logs.
