We are using DX Spectrum to send alarms to Service desk. We are using a combination of templates and auto assignment. What is the best practice for the integration and what would be the maximum number of templates that can be created.

Main question was if there is a limit to the number of templates that can be created in SDM. Informed no such limit exists.
