User's project view rights are missing in DWH_INV_SECURITY_V

Issue/Introduction

In reports, you find a resource is missing in DWH_INV_SECURITY_V.  As this user, you are able to see a certain project when you log in, but when you query this view in Power BI/custom reports, it does not come up. The impacted user is a participant on the project and is able to see the project as a participant.

The view has other users' data and the Load Data Warehouse Access Rights job has been run.

Cause

There is no Project View right granted. Project participants are able to see a project without Project View rights. But only Project View rights go to the DWH_INV_INVESTMENT_V table. This is by design, see: Able to view some projects you do not have rights to. 

Resolution

1. Remove the user from the project participants
   OR
2. Leave the user in participants and not expect to have them in DWH
   OR
3. Explicitly grant Instance Project View rights to the project and run the Load Data Warehouse Access Rights job
