Rally: Add New Button on Iteration Status Page is inactive, even for Sub Admins

Issue/Introduction

On the Iteration Status Page, the Add New button is grayed out, even for Subscription Admins.

Environment

Release : SAAS

Component : AGILE CENTRAL

Cause

This is caused by the iteration state set to Accepted.  Work cannot be added to an accepted iteration.

Resolution

If you wish to add work items to the iteration, set the state to Planning or Committed as appropriate.
