Issue/Introduction

Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) 14.3 and newer is logging Unexpected Server Errors while LiveUpdate runs.

Cause

The exception has occurred while reading LuDownloadedContentArray from the database and the Database connection was closed. 

Resolution
