Question on Hold LU00025 for R14 rollout

Issue/Introduction

The hold Info asks that we 

 1. Reload the CA OPS/MVS CA ENF DCM by copying module OPEDCM0 from the  
      CA OPS/MVS target load library hlq.CCLXLOAD to the CCS deployed    
      DCM load library hlq.CAW0DCM that is used by CA ENF.               
 2. Recycle CA-ENF                                                       

We don't use MTC-A GUI interface. Do we still need to copy this load module if we don't use MTC-A?
