Report columns cut off by CA Spool

Issue/Introduction
We have a file with 795 characters per line in JES2 and when it gets to CA Spool the columns are cut off at about 256 characters.
Data being truncated to 252 characters
We need to be able to send reports to CA-SPOOL that are more than 252 characters. Currently we need to be able to send files that are at least 462 characters wide and the data is being truncated to 252.

Resolution
The general ESFPARM XFEROPT=13 may be the solution.
Meaning:
XFEROPT=13 -- Files with an LRECL greater than 253 retain their original LRECL value even if they do not have PRMODE=PAGE.
