ASM monitor log has the username and password not masked

Issue/Introduction

ASM monitor log has clear text password. In the log of the monitor, we have the password not masked.

What we have to configure to have the password masked in the log of the monitor?

Environment

Release : SAAS

Component : APP SYNTHETIC MONITOR ENVIRONMENTAL

Resolution

This script preview shows all steps that it can have up to 2 parameters. However, if you need username and password in your script use the field username and password

and in your script, use placeholders {username} and {password} as described in our documentation:

The credentials will be saved encrypted in our DB and placeholders will be displayed when in the script preview window.
