So what do we have to change or reconfigure in Smart Console to fix the B78 error?

Resolution
The problem is with the common component utilized between Scheduler, Opera, and 7 Smart Console.
APAR RO77906 goes against this common component. APPLY this APAR and its related PRE requirements as well.
