Issue/Introduction

Migrated from z/OS 2.2 to z/OS 2.4 which does NOT support this parameter ALLOWUSERKEYCSA(YES)

So what do we have to change or reconfigure in Smart Console to fix the B78 error

Resolution

The problem is with the common component utilized between Scheduler, Opera, and CA7 Smart Console.

APAR RO77906 goes against this common component. APPLY this APAR and its related PRE requirements as well.
