Custom Process behavior not consistent between Classic and Modern UI after upgrade to 15.9.1. When we create ideas we have a process which is triggering and creating cost plan, process is running successfully but it does not create any cost plans. When we create ideas in Classic same process runs and we can see cost plan getting created.

The reason why cost plans could not be created in Modern UX was because there was no value set for Department OBS, once default was set in the Studio now when process runs after ideas created in Modern UX cost plans are getting created. The difference with how ideas were created in Classic was that when user was creating ideas they were prompted to populate Department OBS as it was required field.
