We are doing an ARD Hub upgrade - doing the "Backing up the ARD Hub home folder" stage, they are getting the error: "An error occurred during backuping of the ARD Hub home folder ! Please see log file for more details?

Which log file and where should they be looking?

./ard.sh --get-support-data
