IDB2 DBG72017E message id shows only once in one environment but twice in another environment

Issue/Introduction

Using SYSVIEW for db2 to generate WTO exception  and  DBG72017E for escalation purposes

The exception is 

High percentage of maxium REMOTE threads in use   
during the last exception interval =&VALUEXX%      

But was slightly modified to

SLF High percentage of MAX REMOTE threads in use   
during the last exception interval =&VALUEXX%  

It shows only once in one environment but twice in another environment.  Is there a specific parameter for duplicate message ID behavior?

Release : 20.0

Component : CA SYSVIEW Performance Management Option for DB2 for z/OS

Resolution

 Change the S to M on the WTO message in Logging and Notification Controls panel for the exceptions.
