Missing Cleared On data in Events TAB for group of devices

Issue/Introduction

We'd like to export Events from Events tab of Contents Menu.
We can see the severity and cleared data in the tab Events of Contents Menu. 
A problem must have occurred when we exported the file and applied some filters (such as time range and event type).

As a result, we do not get the information "severity" or "cleared date" in the export file, in which the field is blank.

Component : Spectrum Alarm & Event Management

Resolution

As per the analysis, code changes comes under core area. We wanted QA team to cover more testing around this fix area to avoid future unknown issues. 
Now, customer has to wait for the next spectrum release to get this fix (21.2 which will be released in Q2CY21).
