Issue/Introduction

USM portal is not working properly, the page is freezing and the buttons are stuck. Retrieving data... never returns anything.

Cause

- Adobe Flash removal/blocking.

- Flash is no longer supported in the browser as of Jan. 12, 2021

Environment

Release : 99.0

Component : UIM - UMP_USM

Resolution

UIM 9.x and 20.1 goes EOS (End of Sale), at the end of September 2021, but flash has been deprecated by the provider (Adobe) itself.

Therefore, we highly recommend upgrading to the UIM non-flash version 20.3.x.
