Renaming the Name in a field has no effect

Issue/Introduction

When changing the Name value of a field in Rally there is no visible effect in the user interface or the API.  Only changing Display Name seems to have any effect.

Resolution

The Name field exists to help form a unique constraint in the database and therefore does not effect any change in the UI or API.
