Access Gateway is not working as expected after an OS restart. The services are coming up, but the server.log indicates the defaultagent did not initialize properly.
Due to either a network or OS issue, the policy server was not reachable, and thus the web agent could not initialize. Three other Access Gateway hosts are on the same subnet and working as expected, and the policy server's ports can be reached from those hosts via telnet. On the non-working host, the policy server's ports cannot be reached by telnet.
