Using CSM, the number of available Hipers for products displayed in the Software Status window differs between individuals. Why is it not consistent?

The discrepancy being experienced for the Software Status Hiper maintenance display between users is due to the Novelty Interval Setting set for the individual. Under Settings/User Settings/User Preferences check the value for Maintenance Novelty Interval, the higher the number the longer CSM will display the New Maintenance availability for given maintenance (including Hipers).
