FEATURE REQUEST: Include the ability to "patch" Symantec Endpoint Encryption rather than install a complete MSI package

Issue/Introduction

Symantec Endpoint Encryption solutions use a standard MSI package to install our software.  Subsequent updates will also use the MSI package to install updates.  This Feature Request is to include the ability to have the Symantec Endpoint Encryption clients use a "patching" model where individual packages within the software could be applied such that deployment is not needed with the full-blown MSI package.

Resolution
