We have some robots under a secondary hub with Tunneling enabled that are not displaying CDM metrics in OC or SLM except for net_connect and Power State metrics
Discovery_server log errors:
[robotWorker-3] WARN com.nimsoft.discovery.server.nimbus.scan.ProbeFetcher - probe_list failed for /uimdomain/hub/myrobot1: (80) Session error, Unable to open a client session for %RobotIPADDRESS%:48000: Connection timed out: connect
[robotWorker-1] WARN com.nimsoft.discovery.server.nimbus.scan.ProbeFetcher - probe_list failed for for /uimdomain/hub/myrobot2: : (80) Session error, Unable to open a client session for %RobotIPADDRESS%:48000: Connection timed out: connect
This issue is seen when the Primary server attempts to communicate directly with the IP address of the robot instead of the tunneling port
Release : 20.3
Component : UIM - DISCOVERY_SERVER
Rename the Nimsoft\hub\robot.sds on the Primary hub and restart the Nimsoft Robot Watcher service.
Additional information on robot.sds:
After removing a robot.sds file from a UIM hub machines are not populating in IM
