R_password with Failed - Password/phrase is not valid in TSSOERPT

Issue/Introduction

Receiving hundreds messages daily in the TSSOERPT report, but not the TSSUTIL report.  For example:

Resolution

The R_PASSWORD calls are coming from the CICS regions.

These calls are normal. CICS modified their signon processing to call R_PASSWORD.

A signon in a CICS returning with 8/8/8 tells CICS to issue a RACROUTE VERIFY call, since the user is not presently signed on.

CA Top Secret does not issue signon calls, it just responds to them.
