Issue/Introduction

Job stays in Event Wait waiting  for resource condition with following error message in the universe.log.

Component : DOLLAR UNIVERSE

Cause

Permission issue. 

Resolution

The uxeepsrv process which is responsible for checking the resource is started with user univa . This user needs to have full access to the target path and file used in the file resource
