When preparing a checkout.trn in the Gen Toolset, get Stylesheet script reporting error

Issue/Introduction

When preparing a checkout.trn within the Gen Toolset, users may not get the normal status/downgrade report. 

Instead an error message is displayed:

"Script error

Error: The stylesheet does not contain a document element. The stylesheet may be empty, or it may not be well-formed XML document"

 

Environment

Release : 8.6

Component : CA Gen Workstation Toolset

Resolution

The referenced reporting files for this model processing within the Toolset may have been corrupted.  Remove the existing report files from 'C:\...\<model_name>.ief\report\xml',  three ModelRetrievalStatus.* report files and three EncyclopediaUpdateStatus.* report files.  Retry the checkout of the model/subset.
