Issue/Introduction

We are getting multiple incident in long queries.

Interval- 5 min

Threshold- 3600s

we are expecting each user only one ticket in place for query exceeds the threshold limit and post to that, system can update the same incident with the exceeded time limit information over on the same ticket itself.

Environment

UIM 8.51

Sqlserver 5.45

Resolution

Follow the below step:-

== Login to Robot m/c

== Stop the nimsoft watcher Service

== Delete the contained of Nischache folder

== Start the Nimsoft watcher service

== Open the IM and upgrade the Sqlserver probe to 5.45
