After migrating Spectrum to new Linux cloud systems, NCM is failing for some SSH capable models. Additionally, SSH from OneClick is also failing to these same models.

When running SSH from the command line, we see the following message:

"Protocol major versions differ: 2 vs. 1"

If we SSH to the device using v1, it is successful.

If we SSH to the device using v2, it fails.

SSH is using v2 by default and the device is only configured to use v1.

Release : Any

Component : Spectrum Applications/NCM

Configure the device to use both SSH v1 and v2.
