EEM permissions to view "Job definition" instead of root user

Issue/Introduction

"Job definition" is not retrieve data.

Artifact not found: <JOB NAME>

In error message: 

CAUAJM_W_10417 Job Read Access Denied!
CAUAJM_W_10439 No policies granting access to resource.
CAUAJM_W_10440 Class: as-job Resource: <JOB NAME> User: root Access: read

Is it possible to change user "root" to another for retrieving Job Definitions? eg Why job definition is not retrieved by user who is currently logged in iDash?

Environment

Release : 12.1

Component : CA WORKLOAD AUTOMATION iDASH FOR CA 7

Resolution

Need to use a user that has proper permission on the AutoSys resources (as_job policy) to startup iDash so

that iDash can read the AutoSys resources. Especially to do AutoSys commands like Autorep 7 etc.
