Resolution

WCC Reporting data about the previously deleted servers (or current active servers) is kept for the time defined in Purge Data and then attempted to be deleted as defined per the Cleanup Interval value.

Before the cleanup is completed, wcc allows reports to be generated with the existing job runs of deleted server,  which means, a deleted server is still shown in when generating a report.

Once cleanup job completes, the deleted server will not be shown while generating report. This behavior is existing on all versions of WCC.
