Issue/Introduction

After installing the latest maintenance for CA Datacom/AD, SO15446, I see the below hold actions that must be executed.

1. Apply this SYSMOD with: 'BYPASS(HOLDSYSTEM(ACTION))'.           
2. Apply the transactions contained in source member AAD01942 using
   the DDUPDATE utility.                                           
3. After these transactions have been successfully applied,        
   execute an HSD RESET using the DDCFBLD utility to activate      
   the modifications.                                              
          ). 

Should the HOLD ACTION be performed when running CA DATACOM/AD that is used for CA 11 , CA 7 and CA Common Services ENF?

Resolution

It's not needed to perform the HOLD ACTION .

CA Datacom/AD users do not run CA Datadictionary reports using an user-id that has been defined with an internal security profile $DD-DIS .
