Issue/Introduction

Error PAM-CNM-0628: An LDAP Operation is in progress is displayed on the dashboard persistently. It does not allow updating LDAP groups and it is necessary since there are new users within the groups that must enter CA PAM and it is not possible since LDAP groups cannot be updated due to the issue.

 

Cause

The cause of the error the huge number of users within the LDAP group.

Component : PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT

Resolution

It was created another MS AD group of users in the active directory with the specific users who need the service and in this way solve the problem.
LDAP process hung did not appear anymore
