ITPAM application stopped working and EEM application also removed.

We faced an issue with ITPAm server where ITPAM application is not running although orchestrator services are up and running.

Also our EEM both primary and secondary servers are not working and EEM portal is not getting open. 

How can we resolve this problem?

Restored EEM installation folder from a backup and now it is up and running with no further problem.
