As part of the installation process for Common Services, combining the following load libraries into a common PDSE and putting it in LINKLIST.
For some reason, getting binder issues with the copy. This did not happen with the installation of Common Services 14.1 using the same JCL (other than DSN names) on z/OS 2.3.
