Duplicate in DWH_SETTINGS causes Load Data Warehouse to fail

Issue/Introduction

Load Data Warehouse fails with error:

Resolution

This is caused by a duplicate in DWH_SETTINGS table. 

Work with DBA to delete the duplicate.
