How may this error be resolved?

CA Easytrieve Report Generator, release 11.6

Resolution

There is no FILE statement for ISSUE_SUMMARY, which is the name of the REPORT. 

Please ensure that the LRECL information is specified either on the FILE statement or in the JCL DD statement for the specific file.
