IDMS: Element DATE-LU-012 in record OOAK-012 is always updated

Issue/Introduction

In any IDD session, the DATE-LU-012 field in the OOAK-012 record is always updated to the current date as long as the dictionary was signed on to in UPDATE mode.

This happens even if nothing is actually updated in the session.

Resolution

This is the expected behaviour.

There have been no recent changes in this area of functionality.
