Can't Retrieve UIM Groups in DX OI Capacity Analytics Configure

Issue/Introduction

We recently migrated to a new Tenant and changed the data definitions to match the old tenant's config. Alarms are displayed.

However, there are no Capacity Analytics, nor groups/services. When attempting to configure the Capacity Analytics, a 400 error pops up in the lower right corner of the window.

Resolution

Capacity Analytics builds the group hierarchy using the information in the /ao_itoa_groups_uim_1/ index using the group_id and the group_parent_id properties. However, for at least one entry, the group_id and group_parent_id is same, due to which the hierarchy cannot be built correctly and consequently it is not showing up. Deleted this group.
