After upgrading the Symantec Endpoint Detection and Response to 4.5, the Dashboard does not display any data on the Global Adversary map with a message displaying "No Data". Thereby, users are unable to display incidents.
Found in version: 4.5.0-814
There are two choices to resolve this issue:
1) Upgrade the SEDR to version 4.6
2) If running version 4.5.0-814, the SEDR Engineering team have identified and patched this issue. Please run the 'patch' command on the SEDR CLI with the following parameters:
patch install atp-patch-4.5.0-1
Note: LiveUpdate content package 20210203.006 or later is recommended for proper operation.
