After installing TDM Portal, we try to register the TDM License however license information, but Portal is not retaining the License information, and we must reenter the license each time we log into Portal.
Going through the License Activation, we found the License Key was not accepted, and therefore not getting stored in the gtrep database.

Looking in the gtrep database - gtrep_system_settings table, we found the License Model was set for 'PLA', and the type of license the customer is attempting to use is 'TRADITIONAL'.
Changing the License Model type in the gtrep database and resubmitting the license activation resolved this problem.
