Issue/Introduction

Receiving error CAUAJM_E_00051  Unable to create thread! [09E3C678][00000000]:Not enough space in the event_demon logs.
Had to fail over to Shadow to continue processing

 

 

Environment

Release : 11.3.6

Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Resolution

The root cause is that the OS or database did not have enough space. Therefore, processing could not continue..

This eventually leads to the following problem:

[02/05/2021 13:05:03]     9532       RecycleThread[client.cpp:585]: Could not create thread for object [0A164908] Max iterations[-1] Delete object on exit?[YES] Check for shutdown?[YES]

This is not an AutoSys issue. You need to make sure that OS or database has enough space. So, your System Admin or DBA need to investigate this further and resolve.
