Email Notifications are not working: Insufficient system resources

Issue/Introduction

The CA Workload Automation DE Server is not sending email notifications, with following exceptions in the tracelog file:

com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 452 4.3.1 Insufficient system resources

Resolution

The CA Workload Automation DE reported an SMTP exception sent from the Exchange Server which suggests a low disk space preventing the Exchange Server from accepting new mails.

Contact an Exchange Server administrator for further actions.
