CA Software Asset Manager (CA SAM)

Issue/Introduction

There is a locked license import transaction that we have not  been able to remove or modify that's been in the system for quite some time. Please let us know what needs to be done to rectify this in the system so that the error message is resolved in the "import monitoring --> import status" section
