User getting the error message: Grant Not Available. Please contact admin, when trying to access the Case Management page on the Support Portal (support.broadcom.com/user).
1) User has Basic access and not upgraded to Enterprise.
Account validation / Upgrade to Enterprise can be done at Broadcom Self-Service BOT
2) Just added a Site and trying to access the Wolken ServiceDesk page (Case Management).
1) User should have an Enterprise access.
Steps to upgrading to Enterprise Access are available at Step 1 - Upgrading your account by adding the site id (first-time users) .
2) Add a valid Site ID and allow 15-20 minutes for the system to update the profile and then, the Case Management page will be accessible.
