Specify TCP=xxxxxxxx to ensure that CCITCPGW would bind to a specific IP stack in a multi-stack environment.
That error indicates that a stack called TCPIP is not running. The code will connect to whatever stacks are available and function fine.
If not intending to run a TCP/IP stack called "TCPIP", remove that parameter.
